This home has three levels with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 guests. The name of the property speaks for itself. Sunset Bay is THE place to stay. Sunset Bay is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for family-friendly beach vacations as well as for bachelor and bachelorette weekend getaways. Sunset Bay is located on the north end of Tybee Island in a private community where you can relax and enjoy your vacation needs. With private access to the beach, you can step outside and walk down our private boardwalk to the beautiful beach. Some activities you can do while staying at this property include, walking the beach, enjoying the water, searching for seashells, watching cargo ships pass through the shipping channel, spotting dolphins in the water, and stargazing throughout the night.
This newly remodeled property comes with four outstanding bedrooms, four custom tile bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, entertaining game room, relaxing living room space, and two large decks overlooking the spectacular views of the water and sunsets. As soon as you enter the property, you will see our new game room, which includes a Ping-Pong table, foosball table, board games, and a large smart flat screen tv where you can watch television while participating in the games. Our property also includes an elevator if assistance is needed to go up the stairs to the remaining floors.
The second floor of Sunset Bay is the main common area, where two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and dining room are located. The first bedroom consists of one queen bed with a smart tv and two closets. The first bathroom is a custom bathroom located right next to the laundry room. This bathroom consists of a custom tiled walk-in shower with quartz countertop on the vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed, a smart tv, walk in closet, and a bunk bed bundle. The lower half of the bunk bed is a full-sized bed and the top bunk is a twin-sized bed. This room also has its own private patio with seating around a firepit as well. The large bathroom in this room contains a jetted tub, custom tile walk-in shower, and quartz countertop on the vanity.
Our kitchen includes an island with bar top seating for three people, many cabinets for food supplies, a separate bar counter and sink, and a variety of appliances. The appliances included in the kitchen are a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, blender, stove and oven, and dishwasher. Whether the family and friends are gathered around the island or while food is being prepared, you can enjoy being a part of the group with our open floor plan. The dining area houses our 8 person dining table, where you can dine as a group and see the ocean. Our living room area is relaxing and still allows you to feel a part of the group. The living room includes a smart tv with four couches.
The third and fourth rooms are located on the third floor. The first room includes a king bed and a workstation including a desk and chair for those that work remotely. The astonishing bathroom comes with a double vanity, an elegant walk-in custom shower with a tiled bench. The second room comprises two queen beds, a perfect little table and chairs set for children. The bathroom is a custom bathroom with a bathtub and vanity with quartz countertops. Both rooms have smart TVs and also have access to the third floor balcony where you can relax, see the ocean, and watch the sunset.

It had everything we needed for the week including kitchen amenities and beach things. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. We slept like babies. Akash is an incredibly attentive host and had a wealth of suggestions for the area. The water was so warm and every day we saw more dolphins than we've ever seen before - it was magical! We rented golf carts to get around the island and the local market had everything we needed. We would come back in a heartbeat and stay with Akash again.

The location to the beach is a great easy walk. There are plenty of chairs to take to the beach and relax. The decks on the house offer a great view to the ocean and always get a good breeze. If you get a chance to rent this place you should. Especially if traveling with a big group.

Akash was super accommodating and communicative, making sure to answer all my questions about the amenities we required for a particularly needy group of people and keep me posted on the property that would work best for us until we were ready to book. Everything was as advertised and described. The elevator was especially helpful for my grandmother, and there were beds of different heights and varying firmness, which made it easier to delegate rooms. We particularly enjoyed using the fire pit after taking advantage of the private beach. We also held mini cornhole and table tennis tournaments. 5 out of 5 stars for everything. We all had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend and book again!

Early in the stay, we inadvertently overloaded the freezer which resulted in the refrigerator shutting off. Not knowing what had happened, I contacted Akash and he sent a repair person there within 30 minutes and then proactively brought over two supplemental mini fridges himself in case the issue was not resolved. I was blown away by this level of service. The house had everything we could have needed, was very clean, and was in a great location only steps from the beach. 10/10 would recommend to stay here with a large group!

It was also close enough to Savannah to simply head in for the evening for some great food and tours. The home itself was super clean and spacious. It easily accommodated our whole group! We had to cancel that reservation due to unloveable conditions and we’re scrambling to find someplace to stay. It was later in the evening, and we decided to rent this house from Akash. He quickly put together a team and had the house cleaned for us while we went to dinner. He really went above and beyond for us; our vacation wasn’t just salvaged—our expectations were greatly exceeded. The house was fantastic, and even had an elevator inside, which was great, because we have a family member that has accessibility issues. It was also wonderful having use of a private beach access path right outside our door. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat, and I will definitely do business with Akash, again, in the future. Just fantastic.

Suggestions for places to eat, family-friendly attractions, and nightlife were on point! Beach access leads you to the most amazing view (which can also be enjoyed for a number of balconies from the house. Wonderful kitchen space for the family to gather together. The game room on the lower level is an awesome spot for the family to play various games and all be together at the same time! Finally, the pictures don’t do it justice - this house is more stunning in person than the already beautiful photos shown on Airbnb. It is the perfect place for family bonding and making sweet memories for every generation.

The house is set up for entertaining; it includes a foosball table, beach chairs, beach towels, beach games (football, badminton, etc.), TVs, kayak, etc. Our group was here for my bachelor party, but I would recommend this for casual family get togethers as well.
